Yolko is published by Epicsoft s.r.o. Contact info@yolko.fun for privacy or support requests. No separate game account is required.

Data on your device

Progress, stars, records, preferences, gem balance, subscription expiry and credited transaction identifiers are stored on your device to run the game and prevent duplicate credits. Device backups may include this data. Resetting progress keeps your wallet and purchases.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat helps verify and record purchases and subscriptions, processing product and transaction details, subscription status, a pseudonymous installation identifier and technical app/device information. This processing provides paid features and is separate from optional gameplay analytics. We do not receive your payment card number.

Optional gameplay analytics

Only with your consent, Google Analytics for Firebase measures screens, button clicks, active time, level starts and outcomes, deaths, continues and purchase-attempt results. Data includes app version, language, device model, operating system, event time and a pseudonymous installation identifier. Google may derive an approximate region from your IP address. We do not send names, email addresses, Game Center identifiers or IDFA/IDFV identifiers. The game has no advertising or advertising tracking.

Your choice

Declining analytics does not restrict gameplay. You can change your choice in settings. Disabling it stops future collection and resets the local analytics identifier; it does not automatically erase data already sent. Contact us about deletion. Previously anonymized aggregates may no longer be attributable to a particular player.

Game Center

When you use Apple Game Center, the game sends scores, stars and achievements to Apple. Manage your account and result visibility with Apple. You can play without Game Center. It is not a backup of your game progress.

Website, version checks and support

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our website and version-check API process normal request details such as IP address, time and requested URL for delivery and security. Support processes your email and the information you provide to answer your request. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

Retention and providers

Local data remains until reset or app deletion. Purchase records may be kept to provide subscription access, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Analytics events follow the retention settings in Google Analytics. Technical records and support correspondence are kept as needed for their stated purposes. Apple, Google and RevenueCat may process data outside the EEA with safeguards described in their policies.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data and object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact info@yolko.fun; we may need to safely verify which records relate to you. You can also contact a data protection authority, including the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
